I Wish I Had Used a Broker
A few years ago, I refinanced my home through my current finance company, and they were not very informative, or helpful in getting me the best rate they could.
After all the years I had been paying them on time, they still made me pay closing costs, and raised my rate by 2 points!
I had good credit, and good standing with my mortgage. I wish I had used a mortgage broker like michigan mortgage refinance for my refinancing.
Their expert advice and research skills would have come in handy, and would have saved me a lot of hassle and money!
They say the hindsight is 20/20. I must agree with that profound statement. I now know if I had used michigan mortgage refinance to get help with my home refinance, I would have been much better off than I am today.
Refinancing is such a headache, and if I had only known I could have used a mortgage broker at the time, I would not be in such financial straits.
Looking back, I must have been naive, and ignorant to not realize my options. I was alone, a single mom, and no one to help me. I wish I had known then what I know now.
